Coach Becky DiDaniels
Coach Becky DiDaniels is a Pittsburgh native who grew up near Kennywood Park. She began swimming at 8 with the McKeesport YMCA. She continued to swim after the YMCA with both Team Pittsburgh and the JCC Sailfish. As a high school student at Oakland Catholic, she swam the backstroke, as well as butterfly and freestyle sprints for her school team.
Coach DiDaniels then crossed the state to attend Philadelphia's Drexel University. She swam for the Dragons for two years while earning her Bachelor of Science degree in material science engineering.
When she's not coaching the Canon Mac Middle School team, she is often on deck as a coach with Pittsburgh Elite Aquatics (PEAQ.)
Off the deck, she is a busy mother of three children, all of whom swim competively. Coach DiDaniels loves to travel, preferably to places with plenty of sun and sand.
